On the fourth we celebrated Isaiah's first birthday at our house with some of our close friends and family. It was a great way to spend the day! I had been feeling very emotional the week before and day of (OK, OK. I'm still emotional about it) because he is one! I can't even believe it's been a year! The best year yet and I have a feeling this little boy is going to bring us the greatest years to come. We are very blessed and very thankful...we couldn't be happier!
I can hardly believe it's been a year from that beautiful moment. The one where we met for the first time on OUR birthday. Isn't life beautiful?
Here are some pictures from the big birthday part-tay!
Cake was seriously his favorite part of the day. He loves it and had no shame gobbling up his cupcake. It reminds me of my sweet tooth I had while pregnant. ;)
Isaiah received so many gifts from everyone. It was insane! He got more than he did from Santa! There's no toy shortage in the Moss household so if you're bored, come on over! ;)
And here are some of our favorite people...Thank you to everyone that made it!
Here are a few updates on my TODDLER:
*He's walking/running everywhere...we can't keep up!
*His vocabulary is expanding like crazy. He now says mama or mam and dada or dad (almost always appropriately), moo, gickle (tickle), and hot.
*He weighs 25 lbs. 8 oz. and is 31 inches tall.
*He LOVES milk and gets a sippy cup in the morning and bottle or sippy cup at night.
*Stopping nursing wasn't very hard at all (our last nurse was the night before his actual birthday). He doesn't really seem to miss it but is still a total mama's boy.
*He loves lights right now or anything high, hanging from the ceiling.
*He has six, almost eight teeth.
*He throws fits now. Oh joy! :)
*He's bashful and fake laughs all the time.
*He LOVES his cousins.
*He's starting to be able to complete certain puzzles and put certain shapes in shape sorters.
*He is kind and so smart and we are so PROUD.
